What makes us different?
Unlike many others who offer house clearance services, if possible, we clear everything for you absolutely free of charge. In addition, we may also make you a net payment, if the value of your cleared items makes this possible. We are also experienced from working with local estate agents and care providers. So we fully understand their needs for a prompt and reliable response at all times.
So how can we clear for free, and why should you use us?
We try and keep our overheads as low as possible. But there are also some easy things you can do to help us make sure we can don’t need to charge. Better still, that we can pay you some money for your house clearance.
If you have a house full of valuable antique furniture, we always recommend you contact a reputable auction house first. If you are unsure who might be suitable, then we would be pleased to help with recommendations about this.
As a general rule, most of the furniture items in the house will have relatively little or no resale value. So these normally involve a net cost to dispose of. Sometimes there are exceptions to this of course, and we can advise you properly about this when we visit.
Again as a general rule, all the remaining smaller items in the property might well retain a significant value. Ideally, we can then use this value to offset any charge that might otherwise need to be made.
If you are faced with having a clearance of your own to do, we fully appreciate how difficult and upsetting it can be, but the best advice that we can provide you with is to contact us right at the outset BEFORE you start any of the actual clearing, and we can then help and advise you of the best way ahead to meet your specific circumstances.

In addition, and without exception, when we finish a clearance for you, we always have a good run around with a vacuum cleaner and broom and make sure everything is left as clean and tidy as possible.

If you are unable to get to the property, and someone else is holding the keys for you, then we can meet them instead or collect the keys and contact you directly, after we have checked the property.
